What types of physical media do you sell?
We specialize in a wide variety of home entertainment formats, including 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD, featuring the latest blockbuster releases and timeless cinematic classics.
How long does shipping typically take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days within the contiguous United States. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
What is your return policy for opened media?
To ensure product integrity, we only accept returns for items in their original, unopened shrink-wrap within 30 days of purchase. Defective discs can be exchanged for the same title.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, GRUV Entertainment ships exclusively to addresses within the United States. We are looking into expanding our shipping capabilities to international fans in the future.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as secure digital payment options like PayPal.
Are your products region-coded?
Most of our DVDs are Region 1 and our Blu-rays are Region A, intended for playback on North American players. Please check the specific product details for region compatibility before purchasing.
