At GRUV Entertainment, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return most items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your GRUV account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization number.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the items in their original protective packaging, ensuring that all discs, cases, and inserts are included to qualify for a full refund.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any old shipping labels.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
